"The location was faultless & stepping from veranda into pool was fantastic. However, it doesn’t look like the floors in the unit ever see a mop & generally was very run down. The food was terrific in the restaurant but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed to put more emphasis on putting menu & cutlery out than serving the waiting guests. 3 times in a matter of hours 2 seperate bar staff looked right at me waiting, not only did they continue but then walked right past me...

"When we arrived we were shown to an awful room at the back of the hotel, it looked like the safety latch had been smashed off. It had no cooking facilities.
