We stayed in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the river - it was beautiful. The apartment was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The food and service was fantastic, we ate outside by the river - beautiful. Lovely hotel, great food and service.

Browns Worcester

Booked last minute due to another hotel letting me down. Browns was super easy to book and the hotel is excellent. Would happily stay again and the restaurant is fantastic.

Great location

This lovely small hotel has been beautifully remodeled from an old factory with original exposed beams and columns. Lovely large room with nice views of the river with swans gliding past. Had dinner and breakfast here and food was great. Staff is super nice. Very close to cathedral, shops, restaurants and river walk. Honestly can't fault it at all. Would recommend.

I book and payed for Suite room but when we arrive I was told they’ve given it to others and was offered standard double room for 2 person which is way a lot cheaper and smaller room, they offered to squeeze in another bed but I refused as there’s no enough space there’s a bath tub at the end of our bed where the staff told us he will fit the bed for my son very disappointed as I chose to spend more for our comfort after a long travel but was desmay and lied to my face that is the same price.

Beautiful inside. Lovely rooms Very noce by the river. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were the friendliest and very attentive. Would love to go for pleasure next time.

Browns was an excellent hotel - only stayed for one night but wish we were there for longer. Will definitely go back. We were upgraded to an apartment which was great to have the extra space with a Juliette balcony overlooking the river. Food was excellent had lunch and breakfast was included and couldn’t fault it. Apartment had a fully working kitchen with fresh milk in the fridge which was a nice touch. No car park but the pay and display was very close by so very easy and it cost about £11 for 24 hours which I didn’t feel was bad. Staff were great and accommodating and efficient- can’t wait to come back for longer next time.

We had the perfect stay. We had Severn Suite which is just stunning. Comfortable super king bed, great shower. Fresh milk great selection of teas/coffee Wonderful view of the river.
