The apartment is on the first floor- 1 flight of stairs. There is parking at this property for 1 car.

Kitchen:
As you walk into the apartment, the kitchen area is to your right past the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with access to utensils and suitable pots and pans. Additionally, the apartment has a hob, an electric oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, and LED lighting. You will have a tea towel, washing up liquid and a sponge during your stay.


Living Area:
Settle down for your evening to watch the latest films on Netflix or catch up with everyday life on the TV. Relax on your sofa and enjoy your night with those around you.


Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, a dressing table, full length mirror and a large window with natural lighting.
The second bedroom has a single bed in, very cosy!


Bathrooms:
To refresh, the luxurious bathroom has a large shower, toilet, and sink. We provide towels for your stay, soap and toilet roll.


Extras:

• For any questions about booking this property, or about your stay, we are available everyday between 8am-11pm. Guest Homes.

Lock Box Access to the property

We are available between 9am-10pm for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.


Damage Deposit/Waiver fee's:

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
