"The house is wonderful, with plenty of space to use and comfortable. However, it is extremely important to have some adjustments for the safety of the guests. My father-in-law didn't see the step that connects the kitchen to the living room and ended up falling, thankfully he didn't get hurt. The house needs signage on the steps, a non-slip mat to put in the bathtub, which is slippery, and a manual on how to use the stove, which we ended up not being able to use. I work in town somewhat regularly, and the location of this house is perfect in terms of quick access to the major roads and also a short walk into the town center. "We were roadtripping from Adelaide to Melbourne and overnighted in Mt. Gambier. We were a family of 5 so we only had access to the main house. It sleeps 10, but 5 or less people only access the main house. Overall, I would recommend this place and think they've done a great job. It's right off a main road and does have some constant traffic, but the noise wasn't too much of an issue. The decor and comfort was reasonable and we did make use of the washing machine. The dryer hadn't been cleaned...
