Bathroom door was missing, ice machine was not working, washing machine was not working, One of our keys didn't work. Told I would be given a credit for missing bathroom door by the mgr and it was never issued even after follow up calls. I had to resolve it with my credit card company. Totally overpriced for a hotel in a town that had nothing.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Worthington, MN in April, on our way to the Mayo Clinic. Our room was clean, comfortable and in good repair. The staff was friendly & the breakfast was good. We basically just slept there, as we were just passing through. We will definitely stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Room above ours had someone running back and forth for HOURS 8-10:30 pm. Called, staff couldn’t change our room, said they could only call and ask them to be considerate. Next morning repeated and the next night same!! Not a lot of sleep was found. The checked out and the 3rd night was peaceful.

Room was dirty. Stains on the couch and all over carpet. Crushed Doritos around the room. Bathroom was super outdated. Hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing, kids couldn’t even enjoy it. Definitely not worth what I had to pay for one night!
