Everything was so clean! Our room had an issue with the ac going off 20 minutes after the heat would turn on. The service desk lady was amazing! She tried fixing it but it wouldn’t work. She changed our room immediately. She was so nice & funny! I forgot her name. The breakfast was good! & on Christmas Eve they had free drinks & chips it was once again an amazing stay! Definitely staying there again!

Bathroom door was missing, ice machine was not working, washing machine was not working, One of our keys didn't work. Told I would be given a credit for missing bathroom door by the mgr and it was never issued even after follow up calls. I had to resolve it with my credit card company. Totally overpriced for a hotel in a town that had nothing.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Worthington, MN in April, on our way to the Mayo Clinic. Our room was clean, comfortable and in good repair. The staff was friendly & the breakfast was good. We basically just slept there, as we were just passing through. We will definitely stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Room above ours had someone running back and forth for HOURS 8-10:30 pm. Called, staff couldn’t change our room, said they could only call and ask them to be considerate. Next morning repeated and the next night same!! Not a lot of sleep was found. The checked out and the 3rd night was peaceful.
