Perched on the shore of Lake Charrette, this premier lake home is ready for the whole family to spread out and enjoy the peaceful woodland vibes of Innsbrook Resort. This perfectly rustic home with a hint of modern flair will be just the place to make the best lake memories. Sitting mere steps from the water and only moments away from all of Innsbrook’s resort-style amenities, you can have the best of both worlds at this retreat.

Split into two levels, everyone will be able to enjoy their own piece of paradise. The main level’s open floor plan is home to comfortable oversized couches and chairs, a stone fireplace, an expansive dining room table, and a wall of oversized windows providing stunning views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Charrette below. Returning from a day on the water will be a blast each night, as the chef of the group can whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample countertop space and barstool seating, as the rest of the group enjoys cocktails on the deck or streams their favorite show on the flat-screen TV.

Two bedrooms are also located on the main level. The beautiful primary suite is complete with 2 twin beds, 1 king bed, and a private bathroom with a separate tub/shower and double vanity. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and an en suite full bathroom. Also, a third full bathroom is accessible on the main level.

Luxury living continues on the lower level with an additional spacious living area complete with a kitchenette for your convenience. Gather around the dining table for family game night or cozy up on the oversized sectional to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. For your comfort, the lower level also includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom is home to 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, while another is home to 2 twin beds and 1 king bed. The third bedroom is the perfect sleepover venue with 2 twin beds and 4 double beds.

Experience lake life to the fullest without having to leave the house! The private dock and sandy beach are perfect for relaxing by the water while the kiddos enjoy a day on the lake with all of the water toys and their own private swimming area. Whether you want to take an afternoon snooze on the hammock or hang around the outdoor fire pit, this one-of-a-kind home has something for every mood.

Family celebration

Great family gathering!
Our daughter graduated from law school and we brought family and friends to celebrate. We had 20 people and wanted to all be under the same roof and this place was perfect. Plenty of room, plenty of beds and plenty to do! We absolutely loved the entire experience!

Perfect Holiday
Great family experience. This rental had plenty of room for our growing family. Age range was 90 years young to age 18 months. Adults and kids both enjoyed the space. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Hope to enjoy this amazing home again.

Family vacation
This was our 3rd year staying at the Teagan house. It has everything that our growing family needs to relax and enjoy each others company.Only an hour from the airport, it's very convenient for everyone from Chicago to San Jose. The property is secluded enough to give you the the feeling of being away from it all while affording all the ammenities that the Innsbrook community has to offer.

A perfect vacation
This house was just amazing! The setting is peaceful and beautiful. We loved the small lake so the kids could play freely. It was so quiet--we had the whole lake to ourselves. Everyone loved the boats and water toys. The house had absolutely everything you could possibly ever think of needing. It was well cared for and decorated. The owner was great to work with. There we 18 of us, and we all can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation
This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Not only was it spacious enough for our family of 10 adults and 5 children (ages 5 months to 10 years) but it had everything you would need from watercraft(john boat, paddle boat, canoe, kayak and paddle board) to life jackets, tubes, rafts and noodles for just floating around the lake relaxing and cooling off. The spacious kitchen, large dining tables (inside and outside ) and family rooms invited conversation and interaction. The golf coarse was in great shape, reasonable , and welcomed 9 hole play. The kids enjoyed the new pool and lazy river. If you happened to forget something or needed another gallon of milk, the grocery store is less that 15 minutes away. We'll be back!

Fabulous stay!
This was probably the best VRBO property at which we have stayed. It was all that was advertised and more. We had 11 family members of all ages there for our 50th. wedding anniversary celebration, and none were disappointed. Particularly fun was the fact that the fish practically jumped on to our hooks in a matter of seconds. We made great use of the lily pad and various boats, and had everything we need for our 4-night stay. The only minor complaint from everyone was that all of the beds were very, very firm. That being said, we would still book again, taking along memory foam toppers! The setting is beautiful, convenient, and peaceful. As a bonus, we loved watching all the wildlife. We are all very grateful to have been able to stay in this wonderful home.

Great family mini-vacation for a large group
The house was spectacular, very clean and nicer than the pictures! The kids loved all of the water toys. We were very disappointed though because the pictures are misleading and show a canoe and multiple kayaks, there was no canoe and there was only one kayak and a paddle boat (which put a huge damper in fishing plans for the guys). We had a large group of 18 and the boats/kayaks were the main deciding factor between this house and another one, we chose this house knowing that the boats/kayaks would be perfect for so many people. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping room for all of our guests. We were very impressed by the towel supply and the kitchen amenities. We had to change two light bulbs and we had to run and buy toilet paper as there were only two extra rolls in each bathroom (not enough for 18 people). Overall our stay was fantastic, Thank you.

Nice home on small lake
The house has a great lay out for socializing and a lovely beachfront area. One thing I didn't realize in booking is the that the lake it is on is quite small - lovely - but small. The house was well equipped to have small children - including gates on the stairs which was awesome. The house could have been cleaner on arrival - debris under dressers (realized with infants crawling around) and some old food on ground on patio, but overall ok for a rental. The garbage disposal broke during our stay but the owner offered quickly to send a plumber which we declined as we didn't want to deal with this during vacation. The pans are scratched up non stick - so I was hesitant to use these and wished I brought my own. Overall a great experience to get away. Lauri responded to my messages and was accommodating.

Great Place but needs attention to details
We had a great time here and this is an excellent property and location. I normally do not complain but numerous improvements needed for this property to realize its potential: Pool table needs leveling and room needs rearrangement to eliminate interference of walls while playing pool. Pool ques have no tips! (Why have a pool table if it cant be enjoyed?) Ice Maker not working . Pot holders dirty.. Upstairs small bedroom, dirty bedspread, Canoe has serious leak. No darts for dart board. Floor register near window in great room broken. Broken board on stairs down to lake. Downstairs bedroom walls dirty and bad water pressure. Insufficient number of ziplock bags, paper towel rolls, and plastic wrap.

Another Wonderful Stay
This is the perfect house for family! We had 10 adults and 3 children and still had plenty of room! The kitchen is nice and large and has literally everything we need, including a refrigerator in the kitchen and in the garage. We love the large amount of room for dining, both inside and out. The bedroom/bathroom space is perfectly sized and everything is so nice and clean. There are plenty of fun water "toys" to use including a canoe, two kayaks, a water board, flotation devices, life vests, and lots more. We stayed at this property last June and plan to come back next summer as well. I highly suggest renting this property. You will enjoy!

Great Weekend
We had a group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. Well equipped. Beach area was great for the kids (and the adults). Lots of water gear/toys. The firepit was great for the mandatory evening S'mores/ marshmallow fest.

Lake Life!
This house and location are wonderful! It is a large home and fit my family (6 adults and 5 kids 4-8yrs) very comfortably. As other reviews have said, it does really come fully stocked! From the kitchen stuff, water toys, blankets, & towels etc. They provide everything for you. The extra fridge in the garage was great! The lake was great, we swam, fish, and used all the water toys. They had a lily pad, which the kids loved! The dock is great, but there are old wooden posts in the water that are hard to see. We just had to be careful we out little ones getting in and out of the water. We look advantage of the golf course and pool. Both are very nice and broke up our days nicely! We went Sun-Thursday and a lot of the restaurants/bars were closed on site. But that was fine, just would suggest checking on that as you plan your trip. This a a quiet community and very relaxing! Rules for the lake are 7am-5pm and you are not allowed to be outside after 10pm (including fire pit/deck). We were on a kids /family trip so that was fine for us, but it did take us off guard a bit. After the kiddos go to bed we do like to sit outside, but we followed all the rules to be respectful of this beautiful property! I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I can only image how great Innsbrook is on the weekend when everything is open and activities are going! The house was perfect and would go back!
