"The hotel has two towers. At first they put me in Tower B, claiming it was a upgrade. I realized it was a cheat. First, the condition of the room was terrible as you can see some part the carpet inside and outside the room are rotten. "The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need."
