"I was welcomed to the property. I was given explicit directions to our room. The room was clean but dated. The screen porch looked over the pool. That was very nice. The beds in the room were VERY uncomfortable and made lots of noise while getting in and out of them. The bathroom was dated with chips in the tub paint and rust in other places. "Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction."

"The condo was very comfortable! The pictures and description were accurate. Kitchen was more than equipped. We have never had a VRBO kitchen with as many cooking accessories. We enjoyed the screen porch every evening! So close to many restaurants and shops! Will definitely come again!"

"This unit is in a great location and steps from the beach. Although our unit was small, it was all we needed for a quick 2 night get-a-way. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the limited kitchen amenities were just enough to keep us fed. Appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. For a longer stay I would suggest one of the second or third floor units but for the money, the first floor and sand right outside of the door this was a great place."

"Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. "

"We enjoyed our time at South Seas and in this condo! Everything was clean and the listing was true to the pictures. We bought groceries and cooked most of our meals in the condo. A few notes on kitchen items - the can opener didn't work well, the vegetable peeler also didn't work well and these could use replacing. We decided make cookies on a rainy day and there were no cookie sheets. These are minor things, but thought you might want to know!"
