"I’ve traveled a lot for work over the years and stayed at a lot of different properties. This was my first time at Avid and I was very impressed by how updated and clean everything was. Most hotels I stay at always have something small that’s not a huge deal but it is an annoyance, like outlets that don’t work or not enough surfaces for your suitcase and bags. They’ve thought about the details. I was pleasantly surprised with my first stay. I’ll definitely add this to my list for future visits. "

"Everything was great for our Bach Party weekend! Only downside was the neighbor lady next door to the right of the property was yelling at us for swimming and “being too loud” at 7pm on Friday night. She was also taking photos of our cars and license plates that were on the drive way to “check the property line.” We were told this was a regular occurrence from other neighbors and to just ignore her and have fun.Great place to stay with friends and overall beautiful!"

"Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in two of the suites. I had requested adjoining suites but was told they were not available at check-in. Hotel is conveniently located to visit family in the area and we also enjoyed the water park over the weekend. There is a nearby shopping and dining options. Beds were comfortable, but expected more of a kitchenette in the suites with a table to eat at. Had to go to the front desk for information multiple times. There was no information provided at check-in, and nothing in the rooms regarding the hotel, location of amenities (ice machines, gym, 2nd floor outdoor patio), nor anything about schedule for the complementary breakfast (only available on certain days) and waterpark (limited hours/days). Would also suggest the hotel provide information on nearby conveniences. "

"This property was great! Had lots of seating in the Lobby and bar area! The bar has great deals on beer and food on Fridays and Saturdays! The courtyard was gorgeous and quiet! The only thing was disappointing was coffee shop younger women was beyond rude and closes at 11 AM and check-out is at 12. "
