The night staff was a joke. They are the ones that checked me in. They have no respect for their guest. Also, I was there from Monday checking out on Friday. I requested housecleaning to refresh my room every day and they didn’t enter my room once. Every day when I came in, I had to request fresh towels. And a number of times I had to go to the front desk and have them activate my room key. One time I called down to the front test to request fresh towels, and the girl at the front desk was laughing so hard she had to hang up on me.

Initial room smelled AWFUL. Went back down to front desk and was first only offered Febreeze as a "fix" or a king bed that would not accommodate our party. After not agreeing to masking the odor they gave us another room that smelled a little better. Walls are paper thin though and we were sure someone was running back and forth above us for over half an hour. Went to put drinks in the fridge only to find it had not been cleaned and something had been spilled. Carpets are dirty in the hallways. Was surprised by the decent breakfast and remodeled bathrooms. Overall 5/10. Go somewhere else it's worth driving a little down the road.

The carpet in the lobby and on the 4th floor were the filthiest I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The clerk at the desk at check-in and in the morning was wearing a faded sweatshirt. It was not casual professional dress as one would expect.

I didn’t like that i didn’t have a bathroom in my room. I was told i had to specify that i wanted one when i reserved. I have never had that happen before at any hotel. Because they were sold out, no rooms with tubs were available. I don't take showers so i just was dirty for 2 days.

My son got into bed and told me the comforter smelled bad. It had the WORST body odor and had to be so dirty. We were really grossed out. The staff was very nice but please, when you're at a hotel, you just want a clean bed!

The room was fine but the carpets were dirty in the hall. The bathroom looked good but the carpets in the room should be replaced by floating floors to be more hygienic. It looked like nobody had used the room for a while…
