The property is as described, no surprises. It is an older home, nicely updated, close to activities. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are steep and could be an issue for very elderly or someone with mobility issues but for the average person, no problem. There are 3, large, comfortable bedrooms, all on second floor. Only...

"Very nice rental. It was a cool old property (old bank I think) that has partially been converted to a living space. Lots of character and conversion was well done. Well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. So much nicer than a hotel stay. Walking distance to malt shop and IGA grocery. Town is super quiet and low key. Stairs to second floor are steep so a consideration if you have someone that has difficulties. We had no issues."

"It’s the little things. And the big things. And all the things between. This house has it! It felt like being at home - and I’ve never felt that with a rental property. The artwork, plants, flowers and overall vibe was amazing. It was spacious but warm. The sauna was amazing! When there was a big storm the host messaged us to make sure we were okay and had power. "Our group of 4 couples from IN and MI met here to ride the great bike trails. The house was perfectly situated with close proximity to the Little Miami Trail. The open concept kitchen, dining, and family room was a perfect gathering space and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with six bedrooms. "

"We were ok with everything until we tried to use the outside heaters and fire pit. We couldn’t get anything to light! However everything else was fine for us"

"We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance."
