The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet is great. But only the manager speaks English. This is the usual situation in China, so it is to be expected at other hotels too.

Holiday Inn is the usual go to for a mid range hotel, but the trend is there. Every time I go to a Holiday Inn, I know, that the breakfast is going to be revolting, and it always is. From the coffee, to the orange dyed water they call orange juice, to the bacon that looks like strips of spam, its not much to write home about. Great hotel, except for the breakfast, staff really good, and convenient location. Would stay again, just eat outside.

A good experience that I received a phone call from Alice who is the customer service manager in Holiday Inn hotel. I forgot to take an electronic device in room when leaving I was informed by Alice. She packed and shipped to me according to the address I provided, very impressive.
