My whole family (wife and two kids younger than 10) stayed there for 3 nights, and we dont regret.
This is not a hotel on its own precinct but renting the whole floor at 10th level of a 20-floor tall highrise. it's an apartment building converted hotel, so each hotel room originally was a one-bedroom apartment. If you typically look for nice room service, swimming pool, on premise dinning, etc from a hotel, then this hotel is not for you.
The in room setup is very basic. no wall decoration, coffeemaker, or microwave. But the bed is comfortable and sleep was good. It also has a small kitchen with gas (electric?) range, but we never used it. Each room has its own wifi, which is nice.
Its bathroom doesnt have a bathtub but a shower area, and when taking shower you can see the water on floor starts to accumulate a bit so I was even a bit concern it may overflow out of the bathroom (, it didnt happen though).
The location of this hotel is what I like the most. It's at the center of some must see in Xi'an, for instance, less than 5 min walk to the muslin food street, 5 min walk to Bell/Drum Towers, 1 min walk to subway station which takes one directly to/from the Xi'an high speed railway station.
The price is also very reasonable. in fact, the three nights stay only cost me the money about one night stay at beijing.
overall, very good hotel considering how much you pay. would stay again.
