"The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel ."

"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. "Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"

"Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well."

"Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada."
