"This hotel is located in a good area. There are two different subway lines that are very close by. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms looked like the pictures. Breakfast was varied, and the pool was a great way to deal with the heat. There was also a small playroom for younger children. Generally, this is a good place for families to stay."
"Second time here in 3 years, just as good, clean and well maintained. The staff was great, the beds were firm and comfortable. The room space is well designed to maximize space use without feeling cramped.
All in all a great place to be to visit Taipei and the surroundings. "
"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could.
Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat.
The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery.
The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!"
"Quality of the room was as expected for the price. Was disappointed to find cockroaches in the bathroom, but it’s a shared building and I know that can’t be avoided. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly for the stay, they addressed all of our needs without question."
