"Stayed in the Deluxe Villa, Lanai in April 2023 and paid $577 US for one night. This was their premium suite. The space was impressive at nearly 2,000 sq ft. Had an old-world feel. The view from the outdoor pool area was magnificent. But anyplace with a balcony that high up would have magnificent views. So no points there really. While impressed with the size of the space, I was very disappointed with simple comforts you would expect for paying nearly $600 for one night and quite upset...

"The room was large and comfortable. However, after a long day of hiking we returned at 4 PM to discover that our room had not been cleaned. For a Westerner, I found the food at both breakfast and dinner to be very unappealing. Although we had paid for half board, we skipped dinner the second night. Instead we drive 15 minutes to a cafe with good salads and croissants. "

"Location Hotel is located very near to Cingjing farm. . The view outside the hotel is great and 7-11 is available in front of the hotel (I believe it’s open 24/7) which is very helpful. Hotel. It’s a basic hotel, one of the staffs speaks English. Rooms are good with coffee powder and 4 bottles of water that they top up everyday. There is no coffee Mac though, you have to get the water from common dispenser to make coffee. There is no lift but I don’t think it was a problem for me as our room...

"I have booked for 2 Quad rooms and a 6 pax family room. My family and I had a comfort stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and hotel provide breakfast coupon for us which the breakfast is tasty and variaties of choices. The rooms are clean and spacial. Easy food hunting within a 5 mins walking distance though it is located at small street. Will choose to stay here again if I had a chance back to Puli."
