"We had a great stay at this place. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Upon entry, there was a very strong orange scent. It could be from cleaning deodorizer. All the hallways were filled with this scent. It would be helpful to mention that breakfast ladies might appreciate a small tip in the morning, we would have brought some cash during breakfast. Breakfast items included waffles, toast, bagels, eggs, sausages, cereal etc. The parking lot seems safe. The road leading to the parking...

"Overall the stay was satisfactory. The hotel is located in an up and coming location, so expect homeless and a short walk to the trendy areas. Also, the hotel rooms are not ready by check in. If you can get a good price it’s definitely a solid location. Breakfast and bar had no issues. "

"Love this property in Austin. We come to spend a week or so here every year and the location is perfect. The staff are all so friendly. It’s walkable and safe. It’s generally quiet but they host conventions around the holidays so that brings some noise but nothing unbearable. Still my favorite place to stay. And will definitely be back for the holidays this year. "

Great country home

"We were in town for my daughters wedding at The Grand Lady. This house was perfect. The location was so close to the venue. We had the bridal party in the front house and the back house is where the groomsmen's stayed. They were able to hang out in the yard with a fire and just enjoy the celebrations that were to unfold the following morning. The host communicated so well before the check in and if I had a question he was quick to respond. A perfect house for a large family or just friends getting together. "

Nice Home

"Our stay at Mrs.Martinez home was pleasant. I had a minor issue with the keypad getting in but the host responded immediately and was able to resolve the issue. My family and I came into town to shower a new baby and needed somewhere to stay for the night. The home was spacious and accommodated my huge family comfortable. The small kids loveeddd all of the toys and the backyard space as it had plenty of things to do to burn their energy.The only thing I would suggest is a cover for the pool for families with small children. We removed the ladder during our stay and replaced it upon departure. Overall this home was perfect for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this home to others. Thanks for being such a great host and allowing my family to use your home for a small duration."

"The property was amazing with all the amenities at our disposal. The camper we stayed in was prestige and very clean. The only thing we didn't anticipate was the on/off switches inside the unit were in a panel of switch choices and were not intuitive and in very small font that was difficult to read. Was in close proximity to our concert event at COTA and was favorable over trying to think about styaing in downtown Austin."

Family friendly and comfortable

"The inside of the property was great. Bed were very comfortable . The house was very clean. However, we could not use the fireplace and the heat wouldn’t come on. The outdoor area needs to be cleaned and furniture is aged and needs to be cleaned and cushion need to be replaced. The game room was a big plus and very enjoyable for entertaining. The complimentary coffee and creamer was nice to have unfortunately the creamer cups were old and spoiled. Overall, it was a great house, very spacious and accommodating. We would stay there again."

Not just a house - its like a camp retreat!

"This is not just a house, it is like a camp retreat! There are so many amenities that come with this property, it made our stay even more amazing. The 10-person hot tub, swimming pool, corn hole, table tennis, darts, skeeball, and shuffleboard, along with Netflix, Direct TV, etc. gave us so much to do on our trip. The property is close enough to Austin for our event but also in a quiet, relaxing country setting to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds. We had plenty of space for everyone with the number of bedrooms and beds. The property manager was prompt in responses to questions and very helpful if needed. I definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again!"
