Amazing stay
We had an amazing time at Casa Amapola! This was our first time to Puerto Rico but it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, and well kept. We hit the nearby beach daily and finished the each day in the pool. This was an all around perfect vacation spot.

All we could ask for and more!!
This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The pool was enjoyed by all and being a quick walk to the beach for some shell searching was a bonus. The neighborhood is a gated community so this added an extra layer of security and comfort for all. Thank you to Jose & Madeline for opening your house to us and thinking of so many little details to make it so our stay was truly relaxing and low stress! Only very minor thing we had trouble with was understanding where to park. If we had arrived in the day and not in the rain, we probably would have seen it clearer but took us a bit at 10p to understand we were parking on the street and close to the front fence. We got it figured out though and with that being our only very small issue clearly this is a perfect house for a vacation destination!! Just wish we had had more days there!!

More than a house a home
The web pictures don’t do the property justice. The space is classic Spanish style and has more than ample room to acomódate our family for the month. The beach within view and the pool were all we needed to relax and l unwind from our life back home. We hope to return one day as this was a true home away from home experience. Fantastic House
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Amapola! The location to an incredible beach was priceless and the amenities of the house itself did not fall short on anything we needed/wanted. Best Vacation Home!
We loved staying here. The location was great! It was a short walk to a beautiful beach, close to groceries and plenty of places to enjoy the Puerto Rico weather. If we find ourselves back we will definitely stay at this property again.

Our family vacation was a dream come true. The vacation home was close to the beach so we could walk there. The home is spacious with a wonderful pool. The air conditioning works great since it was humid when we went. There are plenty of big rooms to accommodate a big group. There is a barbq which we enjoyed using. Jose was helpful in providing information on activities, grocery stores and emergency services. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook. We hope to return again.

Every Detail Thought Of
Casa Amapola is more well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared than any vacation home I’ve stayed in over the years. Anything we thought we needed, we found- even birthday candles! The house is even better in person than it looks in the photos, otherwise everything is as described. We were so comfortable and felt at home very quickly. Everything was clean (they even have robotic vacuums!) and comfortable, including the beds. The beach is a short walk and is beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommend
We are a group of six adults who travel together each February and we really enjoyed our accommodations. We would recommend this vacation spot to anyone. Clean, comfortable and spacious! Great beach house in a quiet location
The property was clean, and thevpictures were accurate. There are beautiful ocean views from the balcony, along with the sound of the crashing waves. The owner was very responsive, and accommodating, our flight out was not until later in the evening, and he very generously allowed us to stay until the afternoon for no additional charge. The beach is a short and easy two minute walk. The beach is beautiful and secluded, with very few people. Great time, would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This house is was warm and welcoming. very comfortable room sizes for everyone in the family. Beautiful views and everyone in my family had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood, clean and excellent property manager. The location can't be beat with a pool, walking distance beach and near by restaurants. We all had an amazing vacation.

Wonderful family stay
We decided to get away for the fourth of July and Camino Nuevo was the perfect place. It was quiet at night and the pool was the perfect temp. Very hospitalable and polite. Highly recommended.

Lovely home, amazing location
The owners were so easy to communicate with and friendly. The house is a adorable and spacious, with a nice size pool and outdoor area. Proximity to the beach was great (about a 5 min walk), especially for traveling with kids. Community is gated and quiet so the beaches don’t get crowded at all.

Gorgeous property in a beautiful location. Property had everything we needed. Well equipped to eat in and cook in a well appointed kitchen. Top notch outdoor grill we loved. I loved the pool and the balcony view of the ocean. Easy access to a beautiful beach for swimming and a shallow area for good snorkeling. My only disappointment was that the turtles didn't hatch while we were there. :) Absolutely loved this beautiful home that easily accommodated two families and would go back to Casa Amapola in a heartbeat. Gorgeous weather was icing on the cake. Was sad to leave. Felt very safe.

Great week. Would recommend this house.
Our family enjoyed the location and amenities of Casa Amapola. The El Cocal community was very nice - great beach and scenery, just the right balance of being remote and near to town for supplies. The A/C in the house was most welcome given the heat and humidity. Jose was very responsive to questions and concerns.
