"Incompetent management: 1. The wrong address is posted 2. After more than 10 calls and messages, manager finally returned a WhatsApp message saying there was no availability. 3. Now equally incompetent neither Expedia nor the property management is issuing a refund. Absurd"

"El hotel está en muy buen estado, es muy bello, sus instalaciones son amplias y limpias, sin embargo al llegar y en el transcurso de nuestra estadía encontramos situaciones de orden administrativo no tan gratas, por ejemplo no sabían que se podían hacer reservas en esta aplicación, al salir las cuentas ..."
