"Overall we had a lovely week staying at the Secrets Lanzarote Resort. We award a 5* for the staff, especially Macarena, Head of Customer Experience, for her professionalism, approachability, and all round efforts to make our stay go well. Any disappointment we felt was more around the island itself, which doesn't offer a great deal for the visitor who doesn't want to sit by the pool all day every day. "Found all staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Found hotel layout and condition to be good. Lobby and piano bar settings particularly nice. Was given a spa entry voucher (€11 if paying) - worth a visit 1-2 times over a week. Food and drink all good, choice at lunch a bit limited but otherwise quality was fine. Nearby marina very nice- no beach but some swim entry points. Would return "
