"Large, comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Very good restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast. Located on a popular street in Quito. The staff is very attentive. Hugo, the hotel’s security guard, was especially helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely return to this hotel. "

"This hotel is very quiet and professional. You cannot beat this experience. It is very close to the airport which makes it very convenient. If you get lucky and it’s cruise season then you’ll have a great time meeting so many people at the bar and restaurant area. Shoutout to the bar staff they know how to have a good time!!"

"The hotel was extremely beautiful, well kept, nicely decorated and the staff including the 24hr security at the door were kind and friendly. Our room was located on the 7th floor. Robinson, one of the front desk personnel was helpful with our check in and our check out. One of my only gripes is an alarm from either a car or a commercial property that went off multiple times every single night. It did not keep us awake, but it was a bit of a nuisance to hear it so often each night. "
