We initially booked for 24 nights. But my daughter and I planned to go for meditation retreat, so we asked the reception if they allowed us to checkout for 10 days and check back in thereafter. They allowed and agreed to what we requested. Overall all the hotel and restaurant staffs have been very polite and nice to us throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and it's rare to see the whole team with such positive attitude towards their services. This was my second stay at the Parkroyal. It is an excellent older hotel which has maintained itself well. The service and comfort are both excellent.
