6 Bedroom Lake House with beautiful lake front property, lake patio & boat slip

Groups are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 6 bedroom / 5 bath lake house with large game room and 3 living areas that are ideal for large groups. 90 minutes drive from Dallas area. All 5 bathrooms REMODELED for 2023. The 1.5 acres of lake front property has a dedicated private boat ramp - guests can bring a boats with space for boat trailers and trucks. 2nd level of boat house ideal for relaxing and enjoying views of the lake and fishing. There are 2 boat bays in the boat house available for guest use. Boats can be taken in and out at private boat ramp. Game room with table tennis, darts, Foosball and outdoor putting green will cater to those who are looking to be active. Expansive kitchen and fully stocked with everything your group will need. 6 bedrooms total - 3 bedrooms have king sized beds with additional bedrooms with queen bed, full beds and bunk beds. 2 family suites upstairs share a full bathroom (access to the back bedrooms through the front bedroom and bathroom). Recently upgraded to fiber internet / wifi.
 
Spend the day away, fishing or enjoying nearby attractions around lake fork and in nearby Sulphur Springs.

Can accommodate up to 16 guests. Base price includes up to 8 guests.

Lake Fork Family vacation
Everything about this stay and trip was perfect. The home with perfect with plenty of shade for outdoor activities. The boathouse was awesome to store 2 boats with upper deck views were spectacular. Group of 6 guys came down for a “bachelor” fishing trip. House was clean, big and well stocked. Game room was nice for bad weather. Boat house was a pleasant surprise to be able to keep two boats inside especially with the rain we had. Would definitely stay again.

Great House Right on the Lake
We enjoyed our time at this property. Big house with lots of sleeping spaces. Great game room and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. We particularly enjoyed the shaded area closer to the lake where we could listen to the trees and feel the breeze off the lake. Great time!

We really did enjoy our stay. One bed was too small for two adults but other than that all beds were comfortable. The large kitchen was fantastic for our family reunion potluck prep. I gave a four for cleanliness because cobwebs held dead flies. This is common in high ceiling homes. Otherwise the home was clean. The putting green was dirty and bumpy. but loved the outdoor patios. It is a Beautiful home

Nice place to stay on the lake with family and friends.
Nice house and yard. Plenty of space for everyone. One issue was that when the rain comes, we had some minor issues with water coming under the door and leaky roof.

Best stay on Lake Fork
We had 4 bass boats and 9 guys at this property. Plenty of room for all of us and our gear. A bonus is the private ramp on site. This is our third time staying at this house and we will definitely be back. The owners are awesome and quick to respond if you have any questions. We have been staying at VRBO properties for many years and Barry is one of the best property owners we've had.
