"Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some help with our thermostat, and he immediately came to fix it. On checkout, a different gentleman helped me. Both were very conscientious. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice shower for a mid level hotel. Good breakfast. We visit sulphur springs several times per year and chose a different hotel this time due to price and short trip. We were very pleased. This isn't a lixury hotel, but it is very good as a mid or economy...
