"I would like my committed money back from this location. A local taxi cab driver could not find it. When he found it, he left us there. No one answered the door. No one answered the call. No one answered. We were left in a precarious position in the evening with no place to stay. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and I have a very flexible, mind and travel mindset, we eventually stated a nearby hotel on the river, which seemed like something Expedia would end. "NO TATTOOS. Is the first sign you see when checking in. Perhaps if you have a small discrete tattoo, they will still permit you to use their hot-baths on site. Ideal for couples, seniors, less so for families with children. The beds were quite hard. The in-room food service was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Both indoor and outdoor onsen was very nice, with the outdoor one having a nice view of Gifu Castle. "

"Came back a second night. Since we were still in the area another night. The new front staff were good. Bedding room and bathroom were all clean. Room was still what I would call old/dated but well kept. Just not the carpet. Carpet was well stained, old and thread bare in places."
