There is a lovely bbq area, playground, and boat ramp to enjoy just across the road.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Downstairs you will find bedroom 1 which has 1 x queen room with panel heater, tv and access to the lovely court yard with 6 seater dining.

Bathroom 1 / laundry has bathtub and shower over bath.
Washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs you have the living room / open plan full kitchen / dining with views of Lake Mulwala.
There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture and a bbq.

Bedroom 2 Queen bed has a panel heater and tv and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has 1 set of single bunks and 1 x single bed ( sleeps 3 guests )

Bathroom 2 Queen bed (upstairs) has shower, vanity and hairdryer.

There are two car spaces undercover.

Communal pool.

Murray Grange is only 5 minutes walk to the shops, cafe's and restaurants.
