"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "

"We were so excited to get upgraded to a business suite during our one night stay before a flight. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast and both times were enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. Service was good. English was spoken by some.
