"All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back."

"This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...

"We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice. "
