"The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. Great price. Lovely staff. "

"Our family of 7 enjoyed our one month stay at Mrs. Sakura's house in Narashino. We created many wonderful, lifelong memories during our time and had fun visiting nearby Chiba, Tokyo and Yokohama. Mrs. Sakura was an excellent host and the property was very clean and comfortable for our large group. Highly recommend, 5 stars all around!"

But with limited English, it was very difficult to get sufficient help in terms of getting information about transportation outside of Tokyo to areas further out. "We had a wonderful time in this property! It was in a safe and quiet environment. The staff was kind and accommodated to our late check in and dinning options that we needed. They offered a scheduled shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. In addition, they had informed us about the transportation options to the airport. Overall, we were taken care of properly and appreciate the staff and information given during our stay. We would recommend this location to our friends and family."
