"I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel and property enough! The pictures do not do it justice. What a gorgeous slice of paradise Don Rodrigo and his lovely wife have created. The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! The only negatives were that the TV never worked, the Internet was very poor at best, and the rooms were simply too small. "This is an economy stay more than a full hotel experience. There is no elevator, and in southern summer the upper floors are very hot. There is no air conditioning and no fans in the room. So even after the air outside cooled down the room was quite warm. I had thought there was a roof restaurant but it is more a shared kitchen with no restaurant service. Even with all that, it was a good choice for my group. Also, at check in, they required the paper from Chilean customs and immigration...
