"Good location, room is clean and spacious"

"Very warm and approachable staff. We can speak Mandarin, so language was not a problem for us. There is also a lobby security staff there, making us feel very safe. Walking distance (about 5min slow walk) to wangfujing street. And hotel downstairs have a convenient shop as well. Maybe they can consider placing more chairs around the lobby."

"Location of hotel is easily accessible, yet not too noisy. Wangfujing is within walking distance. Room is kind of small, not much space to place luggage especially if your luggage is big (25inch). Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but do note that the room consistently has smoking smell even for non-smoking room. Room features (e.g. lighting) can be AI controlled, which adds some form of convenience if you speak Mandarin. Still a good choice is you're looking for a hotel based on good location."
