"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

"Really fantastic place and a great host, so quick to reply if we had a question. Well stocked kitchen etc.The village is beautiful. Plenty of cafes, pics, Beach, rock pooling, walks. Eat to get to Teignmouth across the estuary by ferry, car or on for via the bridge. Highly recommend! Note that the fireplace is not real, but the place is so small and the heating effective it's still very cozy."

"We've just returned from an amazing stay in Barn End Cottage. On arrival we were welcomed with some delicious home made scones and locally produced cider which got our trip off to the perfect start. The accomodation itself is gorgeous and has a very traditional cottage style, but comes with all modern amenities plus the added bonus of a gaming room which my daughter loved. The cottage literally has everything you need and more for a perfect holiday (one day we had fresh popcorn for breakfast...

"The cottage is located very near to the center of the village, which has everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen is well appointed but we did have problems with the overly sensitive smoke detector. Communication with Lisa was excellent. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The place is best suited for people who plan to spend most of their time outdoors walking and exploring, since it doesn’t have an outdoor patio or yard.
