The apartment has everything you need for comfort - smart TV, high-speed unlimited wifi. The apartment has all new renovation, furniture, household appliances and kitchen utensils. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be expanded. The bedroom has a full double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances (microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, stove, washing machine). Perfectly clean bathroom (shampoo, soap and other hygiene items.) The apartment is on the 6th floor.
The apartment is located in the very center of Yerevan, at the crossroads with the central Abovyan street. Near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, Metronome shopping center, round-the-clock currency exchanger (SAS supermarket). Yeritasardakan metro station is 300 meters away.
