"The owner was very nice. We checkin quite late (7:30pm) and the restaurant was still open on boxing day. Once we are in the room, the hair dryer didn't work and the owner was able to give us another dryer at 10:15pm. The room condition is clean and was in good condition. 5 of us stay in the 2 bedrooms studio, plenty of towels and they even gave us 2 bathroom mats, 5 face washers. I have not been to motels that provide face washer towels. The river is stunning and we enjoyed our 1 night stopover...

"Check in fine, if you don't mind looking at your host's big belly through a hole, the size of a football, in his shirt! Host himself appears to be a bit shy and you have to do most of the talking, although the dog is very friendly. Whilst clean and comfortable the motel needs a lot of long overdue maintenance and the noise from the taps in particular are something else.
