"Very lovely hotel, spacious and clean and had a good river view from the hotel room. Drop-off of lugguges at hotel is rather inconvenient as there is no porter service provided - entrance to hotel is on 17th floor. Location of hotel is good with citylink mall just across the hotel and have fast food and shops. Did not like that the shower and toilet bowl are in separate cubicles and toilet did not come with a bidet. Facilities provided in hotel room is good. Overall, we had a good stay."

"This is a very beautiful B&B. It is in a prime location. Very close to bus stop. Right in the heart of Juifen old street. Looks beautiful. Lot of tourist take pictures in front of this B&B. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved their stay here. They even gave us free breakfast for four. If I travel to Taiwan again will definitely go to Juifen and stay here again."

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "
