At first we thought it was bit quirky but within 1 day we came to love the quirkiness , and enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool and the bar on the 3 rd floor has the best award winning cocktails ( well done Clay) The front desk staff could not be more helpful with a shout out to Spud. "We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

Since it is cheaper, there were definitely things that could have been better (like no table in the room and staff didn't clean often), but this is a really fair trade off considering how affordable it is. Other than that, the room was super clean upon arrival and very comfortable. There were lots of outlets and the bathroom was stocked with amenities. A super comfortable stay and I plan to book again."
