"Start with the positives: the breakfast was good and the room nicely sized. Neutral: The toilet/shover was outdated. Negative: I was very disappointed because I had asked about EV charging before through Facebook. They neglected to mention in their response that they charge a 10€ flat fee. The property has schuko sockets available so there’s no way to charge 10€ worth in one night. I would have been ok to pay a reasonable price per kWh."

"This was a complete waste of money and time.1 they had no staff other than the manager and a so called cook The rooms were not clean the smoke alarms did not work and the door locks wouldn’t lock. The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip...

Even all the way on the lake the bright lights of the resort spilled excessive light pollution for what is otherwise an extremely dark area. The treehouse was very fun, dinner was good but slow. "

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!"

"The property is secluded and about 30 mins away from city center. It is in a nicely quietly situated area. The goal of the trip was to hopefully see lady Aurora and to stay in an igloo. This resort met those expectations! I was very fortunate Aurora did her show right above my igloo! What a dream that was.
