Being able to wear Yukata was nice especially when going to the Onsen. We accidentally broke one of the ping pong rackets and the staff were very understanding about it (and only ¥500 to replace😜). Meals are buffet only style with amazing Japanese options for breakfast and dinner (I recommend the stake!!). Overall everything was very clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. "
