Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was really amazing stay! The room is actually spacious for one person. Walkable to lots of places; restaurants, mall, and to Yokohama station. There's construction around the area, but it's not a bother at all. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One thing though, the vending machines seems don't accept the new bills. Overall, I had a great stay, and will surely stay again here!

All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan! Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!

It was a nice property within 15 min walking distance of the nearest trainstation. The personal showers were amazing. Bed was comfy. The vending machines were a bit lacking in what you could get though. Toilet was not fit for someone above 5'6, as a 6"2 man it was a little akward but i could make it work.

I didn't stay because my original airline was late making me miss my connecting flight by 30 minutes and they left without me. So, I couldn't stay and I had no number to call to reschedule. Will you please refund my room rental?

I wanted to commend the male concierge this morning. We asked if he can helped us to get a cab . We have multiple luggages and he suggested that we get a bigger cab but it will be a bit of a wait. He didn’t stop calling other cab companies not until we get a cab. He was very apologetic in the end. It’s just sad I wasn’t able to get his name

朝横浜に到着後、チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行きましたが、フロントスタッフの対応がとても気持ちよく、チェックイン時も預けた荷物は部屋に運んであるとのことで、丁寧に対応していただきました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

大浴場が決め手でここを予約し、満足です。よくあるビジネスホテルの大浴場とはちょっと違って、脱衣所はすっきりシンプル、ドライヤーはダイソンとリファだし、お風呂はやたら広いわけではないがスペース的にゆとりがあって紫色BGMが流れていて、なんといっても虎の絵が印象的な浴槽。 靴ロッカーと脱衣所のロッカーの鍵が共通、ということは貼り紙がしてあるが（日本語だけなので外国人の人に訊かれて教えてあげました）、注意書きが多すぎてあんなのみんな読まないので、鍵のところで大抵の人は戸惑います（わかれば簡単な）。 部屋は、なぜか入った瞬間毎回わずかに下水の匂いがしますが、すぐ感じなくなります。 部屋にガラスのコップがないので、頼んだら、すぐスタッフの方がすてきな笑顔で丁寧に持ってきてくれました。 平日は大変お得。（土曜日は3倍近くになっていて泊まるのやめました。）
