It was a pleasant stay overall. Pros: Professional Staff: The staff was highly professional and efficient throughout. Smooth Check-In/Out: Seamless and hassle-free. Convenient Location: The hotel is connected to Yokohama Station, making it convenient for transportation. Room Quality: The room was very clean, modern, as it’s a brand new building. Housekeeping: Excellent Laundry Facilities: The laundry rooms were available with regular-sized washer-dryer combos. (Photo It’s only 500 yen per load (washing and drying with preloaded detergent). I loved that in-room TV displays the washing/drying status, saving trips to check manually. Bathroom Layout: The separation of the bathroom and shower into different rooms is a thoughtful design. Amenities: Good Quiet Environment: Cons: Front Desk Location: It’s located on the 4th floor, requiring guests to always take an elevator to the 4th floor and then transfer to a different elevator to access the rooms. This can be inconvenient. This hotel is clean and quiet. It locates in a convenient location which is next to the malls and the subway. It only takes about 30 mins from Haneda Airport T3 to Yokohama Station. I will stay in this hotel again in July next year!

This is a fantastic hotel to stay while visiting the area. Super close to public transit and has dining, shopping, and health services in the same building. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, but the one thing I would warn others is that the bed is extremely hard. I had some back pain after staying for a couple nights.

Nice hotel for a longer stay. The building that the hotel is in doesn't have many shops but it is a short walk to the supermarket and shops near Yokohama station.

This property is in an amazing location. Beautiful hotel with great access to dining (even late night), convenience stores, grocery stores, transportation and is walkable at any hour. Staff is outstanding and the property is in great condition. The only thing to be mindful of is the room location. Some rooms facing the highway and train or lower floors have quite a bit of noise from cars and trains.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Yokohama. Right next to the station and malls, it is extremely convenient to get around to explore the surrounding towns. The service is impeccable and hotel is extremely spacious. I would highly recommend this to my friends and would definitely book a stay here again
