"We spent 12 days here in a self contained cabin and had a great time. The park is old and the current owners are slowly updating the facilities but don't let that deter you, it even has a heated swimming pool! The owners are really friendly and so helpful and the cabin was really clean. Just a short drive to Burnie, with a beach boardwalk across the road it's in a great position. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious; balcony and sea view were bonuses. A little concerned that the room was above the bar but the music quietened down around 10.30 and didn't hear customers after 10.45. Staff at reception and lounge were friendly and helpful. We opted to have our continental breakfast in the room - very good selection including gluten free bread and cereal. Evening meal at the lounge bar was exceptional, especially the chicken parmigiana with gluten free pasta. "

" nice area, centrally located, close to park, river and the beach, not far away from Burnie, renovated room, friendly staff, nice meal in the restaurant, car park - the air conditioner outside was coming on every 15min. when switched on, it was really noisy, even with the closed window. So avoid the rooms with the windows facing the car park."
