Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience.

Good location that is 2 minutes away from the train station and right next to a Family Mart for any late night convenience purchases. If I had the budget again, I will definitely choose here as the return lodging location

Room was very dusty, had to turn off the room’s air circulation because it was triggering my husband’s and my allergies.
Gaming PC in the room is a very cool concept, but you cannot play any games that require a system restart because the computer will wipe itself clean upon every restart.

"i think everything in this area is overpriced, so not much option anyway, but i did wish a few things would be better. first the hallway carpets are really dirty, they should steam clean them. there is no elevator if you are in the rooms on the second floor and they dont have someone who looks sturdy ..."
