Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are lakes in the grounds.. This former cart-shed enjoys a tranquil setting with views across open farmland and on site coarse fishing on three lakes, free of charge. The holiday cottage is well located for easy access to the beautiful historic city York and is an ideal touring base for the North York Moors, the Yorkshire Dales, Scarborough, Filey, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Castle Howard, Beningbrough Hall and the World Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey. Golf available locally and horseracing at York, Thirsk and Ripon. Shop 3 1/2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 1/2 miles. Can be booked with property ref 26131 to accommodate up to 8 guests.
