I didn't like that there was no breakfast or restaurant on the premises, as it is hard for me to get around. I did like the outdoor patio, the reception area had comfy, cozy couches amd chairs where people can sit and talk.

The room was very spacious and felt like home! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had. Check in was quick, smooth and easy.

Some of the appliances in the room didn’t work. We called for maintenance to fix the overflowing toilet and they never came. We had left our blended there and called the next day and front end staff said they would call us and they didn’t. We ended up going there cause it was only the next day from when we stayed and come to find out the housekeeper took it and it was in her room. She never reported it and took it as if it was her’s

Gross, old, and smelly
Do not stay here. It’s filthy and dank and wet left immediately. The room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or updated in decades. We left immediately and despite the front desk telling us we’d get a refund, the property manager refused to provide one.

Will not return.
The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and at time could smell marijuana. Many of the rooms are dedicated to long term stays. Noisy through out the night. The front desk checked our room out early in the morning and housekeeping tried to come into our room twice within 5 min.

We initially had an issue with our room not having any hot water for the shower. When we returned from our day out, it was still not resolved and the heat in the room was not working. Short-staffed with someone who did not seem very experienced. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Our room had been used. There was hair all over the sheets. The only available rooms to move to were queens size beds and we needed a king, so we asked for new sheets and changed them ourselves. after all our issues with the room, there was no suggestions to help or reduce the cost of our room.

Nice hotel; enjoyed the kitchenette and the workout room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The neg: The hotel close to an elevated busy highway that does create a lot of road noise thru the night. Also, a major issue on every sat morning (6ish): The church BLAST music for some parking lot workout. Apparently, they refuse to lower the volume and is an ongoing problem. If staying Friday night, make sure you don't face the church. (I guess they don't believe in 'Love thy neighbor')
