"We had our 20th annual Friendsgiving here. The place is amazing! I think the group consensus is we plan to book this place each year for our celebration. Hosts were very helpful and quick. View was great. Tons of rooom but I think we just stayed in the kitchen and hot tub. Thanks again! Great place for large groups. "

"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

"We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony.
