"Really friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable. The proximity to the Pallisades skiing was great and our experience on and off of the slopes was wonderful. It was a family trip and we all enjoyed our stay."

"Room was very good , spacious and perfect for 2 adults and 2 toddlers..kitchen had everything thats needed to cook from pots and pans, spoons, coffee mugs ,bowls and plates . There was only one spatchula. Also, there was no Sugar,Salt and oil were not available ,we had to buy separately . Only negative was that the Bathroom was very outdated and small...it was kept clean though, just looked very old. Great place to stay with young kids , their sledging and ski areas were soo big and well...

"The staff and service were excellent, and we had a great time. There was a leak in one of the faucets in the bathroom (both handles) which flooded the counter and ruined some make-up materials. Only that was negative. Our room number was 579"

"My stay was end of December and it snowed. It looked like a winter wonderland. The room was clean and the decor modern. The main entrance and check in area has a large sitting area, fireplace and a cute boutique filled with fun items. But really it’s the surrounding nature that was pristine. The walk to feather river was easy to find despite the deep snow. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you."

"The facility was very nice. The property was as expected, except the A/C just did not cool thing down adequately. It was hot outside, but for the supposed quality of the resort I wished I had been able to get the rooms a bit cooler."

"Property location was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated though. The rooms are big, clean, and well stocked with amenities. Great place for families (I went solo). My only gripes are that the tv system was down for two days during my three day stay and proximity of the parking spots, if not immediately outside the hotel, were a bit of a walk if bringing a lot of items with you. I also didn't like that I was all the way on the third floor and had to lug everything up (there is an...
