"また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"The property was overall very clean and tidy. I appreciate that they had a proper kitchen and the ocean view was great. The only negative point was, that the room was smelling moldy at first because the lace curtains had mold on them. The problem was solved by removing them and giving them to the reception. I will still give 5 stars because it was overall a very good place to stay for the price"

Only suggestion would be to offer a restaurant where we can order a meal as all four dining options were either buffet or set course menus. "Fantastic stay at this property. Stay in the renovated Bay Wing building if you can swing it. Staff were fantastic, very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast at Saltida was worth it, with dishes ranging from steamed pork buns, wood fired beef to pastries and fresh fruit. Some fun cafes and restaurants within walking distance, too. Saw a loggerhead sea turtle and puffer fish while snorkeling in the roped off area of the beach. Would return in a heartbeat."
