"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

"Incredible, peaceful, and beautiful place. A great mix of jungle, hacienda ruins, posh facilities, and a healing, new age vibe. Quite remote, but that is part of the intrigue. The food is also incredible (even my husband, who is a dedicated carnivore, was floored by it. All the staff was fantastic and very thoughtful about the experience they wanted to create. Wish we stayed longer to get to relax and unwind in such a special spot. "

"The good: easy self parking and a pool. Close to Clinica de Mérida, and walking distance to Oxxo, Subway, and a pharmacy. The bad: no elevator access to rooms with king size beds."

"For the price point there's a lot to love and little to complain about. While it may be a bit dated it holds nice colonia style, the property and the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You're very close to all the action but I will note the streets are very busy in this area for pedestrians and cars. You're very close to all the action and amenities in and around the main plaza. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would book it again."
