"The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms were excellent and clean. However, I do think a few more amenities, such as toothpaste, makeup remover wipes, and a steamer, would have been great. I greatly appreciated the convenience of making dinner reservations through the provided link, and ordering room service was seamless. The staff, though, was outstanding. I particularly want to highlight a few exceptional servers. Antonio at the Mezcal restaurant was exceptional, and the service at Auma was remarkable, with Marcos truly going above and beyond. Pedro at the pool was also fantastic, always staying ahead of our drink orders and ensuring we were well taken care of."
