"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. "Air conditioner in room is hot, could not lower the temperature. Room is hotter the corridor.
Food label in breakfast is not indicate properly. Labelled as orange when it is not. Labelled as mango while it apple juice. Fried rice was at Fried Mee.
Labels were there without any movement for 2 days.

"This hotel is very nice and a great location. Very near Fuzimiao and lots of food. It is connected to Aqua city mall. Has a nice pool, gym and sauna. Also the breakfast is very good. Will stay here again. Felt very safe here as well."
"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us.
Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house
Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to bfast to dinner to even then cleaning ladies. Location is good too. Highly recommended hotel!"
