"Hotel was located in a good location and walkable to nearby popular streets with many food options and also a 5 mins walk to Shin Kong departmental store. Room is quite clean and comfortable, has a balcony if you need some fresh air. There is also a bathtub if you need to soak. The only complain I have is that the bed is a bit creaky and pillow seems too soft. It would be a plus point if they allow guests to choose the type of pillows they preferred (I see a display of pillows on sale at lobby). Will stay here again if I am travelling to Tainan."
